NORTH CENTRAL PHOENIX. Husband and wife team, Tony and Susan Makridid, share their delicious authentic Greek dishes with Phoenix locals in this popular establishment. A variety of the foods listed on the menu are made from scratch, following old family recipes. Appetizers may include taramosalata (mullet roe blended with lemon and olive oil), or saganaki (kefalograviera cheese flamed with brandy and doused with lemon). Shrimp and lamb dishes dominate the list of entrees. Diners can enjoy the tasteful decor inside or the refreshing outdoor patio while relishing their meal. Business casual attire.
